The accepted quotation becomes an agreement with the same figures. Electronic acceptance is recorded — who, when, which signature.
Billed from the agreement — advance/balance or milestones — and DealInSec won't let you invoice more than the agreement is worth.

What DealInSec is
DealInSec is web software for freelancers and solo service providers — designers, developers, writers, video editors and photographers, marketers and consultants. It keeps each client deal on one record: a quotation the client can accept online, an agreement the client can sign online, invoices drawn from that agreement, and a clear view of what is paid, pending and overdue. It works in 50 currencies, with the tax field, invoice numbering and date format of the country you work from.
Who makes it
DealInSec is a sole proprietorship of Avisekh Gurung, an independent founder based in Darjeeling, India. It is not backed by investors or run by a large team; the same person who builds the product answers support email. The legal details are in the terms and privacy policy.
What it does — and what it doesn't
Deals and quotations with a client acceptance link; agreements with a public signing link, recording who signed, when and with which signature; invoices drawn from the agreement; payment tracking; a Protection Check that flags risky or missing terms before you send; and AI-drafted payment reminders that you review and send yourself.
It does not track time, run a client portal, do accounting or expenses, schedule meetings, send reminders automatically or collect payments. Your client pays you directly and you mark the invoice paid. Online signing is electronic acceptance with an audit record, not a certified digital signature.
Where it is available
The free plan (4 deals a month, each with its quotation) and the 7-day Pro trial are open in every country, with no card. The paid Pro plan — ₹99 a month or ₹999 a year — can currently be bought in India only. We can't yet take payments from other countries, and we will say so on this page when that changes. The free tools need no account and don't store what you type on our servers.
How we write our guides
- No invented numbers. We do not publish statistics, customer counts or testimonials we cannot show. When we cite a figure, we say where it comes from.
- Competitor facts from the source. Prices and features on our comparison pages are read from each vendor's own pricing page, and the review date is printed next to every table.
- Law and tax, hedged. Rules on contracts, interest and tax differ by country. Our guides say when something depends on your country or contract, and they are general information, not legal or tax advice.
- We make DealInSec. Where a guide mentions our product, read it with that in mind; we state what DealInSec doesn't do as plainly as what it does.
- Dated and updated. Each guide shows when it was published and, after a substantive change, when it was updated.
